Goal

From humble beginnings, Accumold has grown into a global leader in precision micro molding, working with leading technology companies like Medtronic and Bose. With a workforce of 300 and rapidly growing, recruiting and employee retention is a constant challenge. This explosive growth created a need for a robust internal communications program and a corporate culture to more effectively support the company’s core priorities.

Idea

To create a foundation for Accumold’s efforts to improve its corporate culture, SCG conducted a day-long working session with executives and workforce leaders to articulate corporate values that more accurately reflected the company’s goals. We then informed employees of the new values with a series of newsletters, a custom printed brochure based on the slogan “The Power of One,” promotional items, an employee reward program and large custom wall graphics that were installed throughout the Accumold facility.
