SCG client the Minneapolis Club’s star Chef Håkan Lundberg shined in his recent appearance on WCCO Mid Morning, where he showed hosts Jason DeRusha, Kylie Bearse & Ali Lucia the secrets of presentation and creating the perfect plate.

For the segment, Chef Lundberg created a flavorful chicken breast with herbed potatoes and bleu cheese croquettes – a gastronomical reinvention of the flavors of chicken wings – and then demonstrated the plating principles and techniques that make a dish shine.
